I did not realize that they had this in New York City, so hopefully this didn’t ruin the entire experience. When you sit down, they take drink orders at your table. To order food, you have to physically walk up with a card to the butcher stations. They they stamp your card, and you come back to your table. When you’re done, the waiters take the card and charge you then.
